Welcome to Bears Club!
Hey there! I’m Ashley, one of the co-founders of Bears Club. You might recognize my three kids—Bay, Riley, and Scottie—who occasionally make an appearance on our site. At one point, I had three little ones all under three, and let me tell you, if I can survive that, I feel ready to tackle anything!
Before diving into the world of Bears Club, I worked as a fashion buyer and earned my MSc in Digital Marketing. Combining my professional experience with the chaos of raising three small kids gave me the push I needed to team up with Katherine and bring Bears Club to life.
My Favorite Mom Hack
One of my go-to tricks is to buy a few of the same “bedtime bunnies” and swap them out every week. This way, they all get equally worn, and if one goes missing, you have backups! My kids love the Jellycat Bunny soothers.

How Did Bears Club Come About?
As moms of little ones, we quickly realized how fast kids outgrow everything! With our kids close in age, we’ve been fortunate to give our baby gear a new lease on life. But we also thought about parents who have finished their families, want to upgrade their gear, or those who have items that just didn’t get used. On the flip side, there are parents looking for quality baby products without the full-price tag. That’s where Bears Club steps in.
We created a pre-loved marketplace specifically for parents to buy and sell baby products.
As we developed Bears Club, it became clear that we wanted to build more than just a marketplace. We envisioned a one-stop shop for parents, grandparents, and caregivers to seek support and connect with one another.
Our blog will feature fantastic tips and tricks from industry experts, covering everything from sleep strategies to weaning and beyond!
We understand the financial strain that comes with raising children. That’s why we’ve included a “donation” button for items priced below €25. This way, great quality items under €25 can be donated and find a new home—the buyer just needs to cover the postage!
How Does Bears Club Work?
Getting started is easy! Simply sign up and create an account. From there, you can upload images and a video of your pre-loved products. Our Bears Club HQ team will review your submissions and either accept or reject them.
Once your item is approved, it will be listed on our website. When it sells, you’ll receive a postage label, and our courier partner will collect your item right from your home at a designated time, sending it off to its new owner!
